Aurinko kutittelee sateillaan taivaalta. Ihana ilma. Ulos on pakko paasta ihan ajan kanssa tanaan. Sita ennen kuitenkin asuntoesittelyyn ja katsastamaan englantilaisia herkkuja myyva kauppa. Olen aivan varma etta sielta tullaan kotiin jonkinmoisen nyssykan kanssa. :)
Odotusta on myos ilmassa. Huomenna pelataan Super Bowl. Ja meidan oma joukkue New England Patriots pelaa pokaalista. Esikoinen kyseli eilen etta "Mami, katsotaanhan sitten sita bowling juttua telkkarista." Selitin sitten etta kyseessa on amerikkalainen jalkapallo ja ottelun nimi on Super Bowl. Nyt neiti viilettaa pitkin taloa huudellen "GO PATRIOTS!" Huomenna siis ollaan mekin liimauduttu sohvalle tuijottamaan kannustamaan MEIDAN joukkuetta.
The cowl won't be pastel rainbow after all. I ended up choosing pale lilac and white. Small stripes will be worked into the cowl. But the actual knitting of the cowl is desperately slow as I have these so called "helpers" who make sure Mummy is constantly interrupted and I do have a household to keep in shape. It's going to get done slowly but surely.
The sun is tickling with its rays. Lovely weather. I have to get out properly today. Before that it's time for an open house showing and checking out a store that sells English goodies. I know for sure we won't come back home empty handed. :)
There's anticipation in the air as well. Tomorrow is Super Bowl Sunday. And OUR team New England Patriots is playing for the trophy. My first born asked me yesterday weather" we will watch the bowling thing on telly." Me then explaining that it's american football and this particular game is called Super Bowl. Now Miss is skipping about the house hollering "GO PATRIOTS!" I guess this means we'll be glued to the sofa tomorrow and cheer OUR team.
