Hiljaiseloa....vai eiko sittenkaan? / Quiet life.... or maybe not?

Hiljaista on ollut talla rintamalla. Hiljaiseloa.... noh.... tieda nyt. Normaalia arkea hoystettyna vahan silla ja talla. Yksi tallainen hoystos oli maanantaina kun iltapaivalla ihmettelimme miksi helikopteri porraa melkein meidan talon paalla ympyraa melkein puoli tuntia. No 300m linnuntieta meilta tapahtui kaikenlaista. TAMA paattyi siis meidan nurkille.
Tiistaina vien mieheni lentokentalle. Han lahti tyomatkalle Seatlleen. Onneksi tulee tanaan illalla jo takaisin. Me tyttojen kanssa kaytiin sitten vahan herkuttelemassa hampurilaisten merkeissa paikallisessa b'good:issa. Paihittaa MacDonaldsin mennen tullen.
Eilen aamusesta teehetki ystavan kanssa, joka oli loihtinut poytaa jos jonkinmoista herkkua. Pikkuneiti leikki kun mammat hopottivat jos jonninmoista.
Ja mikas sen mukavampaa kuin parhaan ystavan yllatysvierailu tyttarensa kanssa. He asuvat nykyaan Philadelphian kupeessa. Quiet on this front. Quiet life.... well.... don't really know about that. Normal weekdays flavoured with bit of this and that. One of these spices happened on Monday afternoon when we were wondering why on earth a helicopter was buzzing nearly on top of us for 30mins. Well, about 300m in straight line from us happened all kinds of things. THIS ended in our neighbourhood.
On Tuesday I took my husband to the airport. He's traveling on business to Seattle. Luckily he's coming back home tonight. The girls and I decided to go for burgers in our local b'good. So much more delicious than McDonalds.
Yesterday morning was spent with a friend, cup of tea and delicious goodies. While Little Miss played, mother's talked about everything possible under the sun.
And what would be more wonderful than a surprise visit from my best friend here (who now lives near Philadelphia). Big Miss is friends with their Miss and the girls haven't seen each other since our move in October (except on Skype). Quite an emotional reunion for them.
