Nemo

Eilinen meni mukavasti lumitoissa useampaan otteeseen ja auttamassa naapuria kaivamaan itsensa ulos. Siina hommassa taisi menna kolmisen tuntia plus omat lumityot paalle. HUH! Nyt ylakrppa huutaa hoosiannaa. Nama kaikki kuvat on otettu puhelimella. Lunta pollytti niin paljon etten uskaltanut vieda isoa kameraa ulos. Otan tanaan silla kuvia. Aurinko paistaa ja on upea saa. Mutta tassa siis ensikuvat talvimyrsky Nemosta taalla meilla. Kuva jossa isompi neiti on lumivallin paalla (naapurimme talon edessa) oli minua rintaan asti ja kolmisen metria levea ennen kuin paastiin hiukkasen matalampaan lumeen.

Yesterday was spent pretty much doing snow several times and helping our neighbour to dig herself out. That took about three hours. Now my upper body is pretty much in need of a long masage. I can feel every single muscle in my back, shoulders, arms and palm of my hands. All these photos have been taken with my phone as it was so windy and the snow was really swriling in the air that I didn't want to take my big camera out. I'll take some photos with it today. The sun is shining and it's absolutely gorgeous winter weather. But here are some first photos of the winter storm Nemo here with us. The photo of the older miss on top of a snow pile (in front of our neighbour's house) was up to my chest at it was about three meters wide before we could get a bit more shallow snow.
