Koira on tuonut ulkoota mukanaan punkkeja parina paivana. YOK YOK YOK!!!!! Punkit on sitten niin inhoja ettei tosi! Asumme USAn pahimmalla punkkialueella. Taalla asustelee viisi erilaista punkkia ja kaksi niista levittaa borrelioosia. Olin ihan kauhuissani ensimmaisena kevaana kun takapihalla ei voinut leikatulla nurmikolla kavella ilman etta olisi loytanyt punkin vaatteista. Nurmikko piti kasitella sellaisella aineella, joka karkoitti punkit. Ja se onneksi toimi. Mutta jos ulkona ollaan oltu niin joka ilta meilla tehdaan punkkitarkastus nukkumaanmennessa. Koira pitaa tarkistaa joka kerta kun kay sen kanssa ulkona ja tietysti koiruus saa Frontline Plus kasittelyn kuukausittain niin kauan kun ei ole kunnon pakkasia. Allottavaa mutta ei voi mitaan.
Sunnuntaina oli kaunis saa. Napsin silloin muutaman kuvan.... mutten niita kerennyt tanne viela laittamaan. Ne olkoonkin nyt vastapainona talle harmaudelle.
And it's raining again. I just hope it will be dry for Friday as our oldest is going on an other filed trip. This time to the zoo.
I went to register her to Kindergarten. I haven't been able to do it before now as I needed a proof of us living in the town in question. I got it only today as our future land lord had signed the lease. I just think the whole registration process is just such a war with papers. Fill in million forms and all of them ask basically the same things. Also needed birth certificate, and medical records from the doctors etc.
Our doggie has brought some ticks in these past few days. YUCK YUKC YUCK!!!!!!!! I hate ticks!!!!! We live in the worst tick area in the whole of US. There's five different kinds of ticks and two of them carry Lyme's disease. I was absolutely terrified the first spring here of the fact that when walking on cut grass you had ticks crawling on your clothes. The grass had to be treated with something to repel the ticks. Luckily it worked. I'll do a tick check for the children and myself every day when going to bed. The dog is checked every time he comes in from a walk and of course he is treated with Frontline Plus every month until the weather is cold enough (we've had several below freezing days). Did I say already that I HATE TICKS!!!!!!!!
Sunday was lovely day with lovely weather. I took few pics then.... but I didn't yet have time to post them. Let them be contrast to this gray weather today.
