Pionien pelastajako? / Saving peonies?

Hyva ystava ja melkein naapuri on ollut kohta 9 viikkoa Saksassa. Hanella on oven pielessa aivan mielettoman upeat pionit. Tosin kun kaikki kukkii samaan aikaan jarkyttavan kokoisilla kukilla niin kukathan olivat maassa. Mina olen pariinkin otteeseen kaynyt niita tukemassa narulla ja tikuilla ja ties milla.... ja taas ovat kukat maassa. Ne haluavat ihan selkeasti kiusata. Onneksi omistaja tulee perjantaina kotiin. Se olikin ihana yllatys silla hanen piti olla poissa viela 2,5 viikkoa.

A good friend and a neighbour has been soon 9 weeks in Germany. She has beautiful peonies by her front door. But as they al flower at the same time with huge flowers all the flowers are on the ground. I've been there few times trying to prop them up and support with sticks, twine and what not.... and again the flowers are in the ground. They are clearly making fun of me. Luckily their owner is coming home on Friday. It was a lovely surprise as she was supposed to be away still 2,5  weeks.
