Disney World osaa tehda asian jos toisenkin oikein. Yksi naista asioista on ilotulitukset. Taydet 15min aivan uskomattoman hienoa variloistoa.

Disney World knows how to do things many things right. One of these things is fireworks. Full 15 minutes of absolutely spectacular colours.

Dinosaur World, Plant City, FL

Jos vietat puolitoista viikkoa Disney Worldissa on pakko pitaa valipaivia. Yhtena valipaivana me kavimme tutkimassa disonauruksia Plant City:n Dinosaur World:issa. Ihan mukavaa vaihtelua. Siella oli leikkipuisto, teemaan sopiva kauppa, seka kavelyreitti, jonka varrella oli jos jonkinmoista dinosaurusta. Ihanan varjoisa paikka. :) Tytot tykkasivat ja meilla aikuisilla oli myos ihan kivaa. Ei ehka kamalan innostava paikka isommille lapsille mutta pienemmille sopii vallan mainiosti.

If you plan to spend 1,5 weeks in Disney World you must have rest days. One of these rest days we drove to Plant City and their Dinosaur World. Nice change of scenery.
They had a play ground, shop according to the theme and a walking path that had all kinds of dinosaurs along it. And it was lovely and shady. :) The girls liked it a lot and we adults enjoyed it as well. Not necessarily a place for bigger children but great for smaller ones.

Halausylikuormitus / Hug overload

Hahmojen tapaaminen on hurjan tarkeaa.... ainakin meidan muksuille. Eivat mukisseet jonossa odottamista mutta vinkkina jos joskus Disney Worldiin aiotte ja hahmoja haluatte nahda etteka halua jonottaa 20-45min jokaisen luona: kaikkein suosittuimpien hahmojen luo voi paasta kayttamalla Fast Pass -passia/lipuketta. Ei kaikille niita ole ja kolme vuotta sitten jonotettiin kiltisti kaikkien luo siina jarjestyksessa kuin jonoon mentiin.
Mutta se ilo, riemu, ihmetys ja ihastus lasten silmissa kun paasevat halamaan ja tapaamaan niita hahmoja joista on luetta ja joista on katsottu elokuvia. Sille ei voi asettaa minkaanlaista hintaa.
Varoituksena: seuraavassa hirmuisesti haleja ja tietysti poseeraustakin.

Meeting the characters is very important.... at least to our children. They did not whine when queuing  but as a tip if you ever go to Disney World and want to meet characters and not queue 20-45mins for each one: use Fast Pass. Three years ago they did not have these and it was first come first served mentality but that now you can get past the queue to the most wanted characters.
But the joy, happiness, wonder, and amazement in the eyes of the children when they get to meet the characters of which we've been reading about and watching them in the films. It's just priceless.
